Director of Operations - Financial Services Practice
Amanda is responsible for leading, developing, and managing the processes to support the Financial Planning vision with the objective to grow revenue through client acquisition and client retention. This role is required to act as a subject matter expert in developing and delivering consistent strategies. The Practice Manager is responsible for development, implementation, and delivery of processes across all areas including Financial Advisory, Property & Casualty, Health Insurance and Brokerage Insurance.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a concentration in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. She also has the Institute of Organizational Management - IOM Certification, from the US Chamber of Commerce, University of Arizona.
She has worked at both the Round Rock and Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and been involved with the Greater Round Rock Community Foundation and the Round Rock Arts Council.
She has a working knowledge of the comprehensive planning process. She is responsible for the Financial Planning management strategies and implementing at the highest level with internal and external clients. Amanda has a history of setting up processes, guiding change and a commitment to our long-term vision to be recognized as the premier financial services firm in the community.
She will be guiding the firm as we continue CTFG’s aggressive expansion in Central Texas and Dallas.
