Jane Conway

As Executive Assistant to President Bruce Bessner, Jane plays a key role in managing day-to-day processes and support for executive leadership. She oversees scheduling and communications, project management and events, and provides additional support to the administrative team. Drawing from a 35-year background in the California apparel industry - where she specialized in design and production - Jane now values the opportunity to wear many hats, connect personally with clients, and bring balance to her professional life.

Outside of work, Jane enjoys gardening, traveling with her husband - especially to MLB Phillies games around the country - and spending time outdoors walking and hiking. She is especially proud of her two adult sons: Troy, 29, an athletic trainer in Southern California and Chad, 25, a business analyst living in Round Rock. For Jane, family is the heart of her life, and she treasures time spent together most of all.
