Katie is the Director of Operations for Chisholm Trail Financial Group Round Rock and Dallas offices. She is responsible for developement, implementation and delivery of processes in areas such as Administrative, Compliance, Service, and Human Resources. While she has worn many hats and had various management positions, this is by far her favorite. She prides herself in generating enthusiasm by maintaining an upbeat attitude and acting quickly with innovative solutions for problems thrown her way. She values collaboration that not only leads to better outcomes but also drives a thriving culture. Her number one priority is to meet and exceed the expectations of those around her while driving results to meet objectives, regardless of the obstacles.
